School Of Seven Bells

SVIIB or School Of Seven Bells. They are all over these days and with good reason. It is a three-pieced New York band, formed by Benjamin Curtis from Secret Machines. He is accompanied by the two identical twins with dreamy voices,  Alejandra and Claudia Deheza. Their sound has been described as dreamy and etheral, and the lyrics abstract. It goes under the genre dream pop, Electronic and Shoegaze. They released their debut album, Alpinisms, in october 2008. And they have toured with bands such as Blonde Redhead, Bat for Lashes and done collabs with some other interesting names as well.If you haven't heard it yet, it is a must to give it a try and get carried away by beautiful instruments and silky, fairy-tale voices.
